With a strong background in classic ballet, Ai Nah adds her flair and dose of creativity into her classes. Her ballet roots has enabled her to better understand the Iyengar yoga method, which emphasises the importance of complementing self discipline and precision. By bringing this into her practice and teachings, Ai Nah wants to help her students develop strength, flexibility, concentration and stamina. Striving for long-term results, she hopes to guide her students to achieving mental calmness through consistent practice, and maximise the full benefits of yoga.
Students with injuries or health problems are in Ai Nah's good hands. Attuned to needs, she can develop personalised sets of asanas and sequences as therapy. With mature diagnostic skills and proven treatments with targeted involvement and application of yoga props, Ai Nah can also customise home practice programs for individuals.
Learning yoga is a long term process and deepens her personal growth, and Ai Nah wants to share her passion with many others through her teachings.
