Join Trisno in two rejuvenating Pranayama sessions this month!

 

Saturdays 3.30 to 6pm


Pranayama I (20 Oct 2018)

Learn and practise how to prepare your body before doing pranayama. You'll work closely with your inner body to prepare the foundation of breathing techniques.

Pranayama II (27 Oct 2018)

Practise slow breathing to move forward smoothly into your inner body. Discover your own breath. Build up the awareness and strength in inhaling and exhaling. Pranayama is one of the most powerful practices for our body to move internally.
