Our classes are taught by Iyengar yoga certified teachers, many of whom have committed over a decade to rigorous training and refining their yoga practice. With care and caution, our teachers guide with clear instructions and demonstrations. Keen observation and adjustments are made in class to ensure students execute the postures safely, and to the best of their abilities. Props are introduced to maximise the benefits of yoga practice. We welcome beginner to advanced practitioners to our classes.
