YOGA WITH CHAIR FOR BEGINNERS

This 2-day workshop caters mainly to Iyengar yoga beginners as well as yoga practitioners who want to learn how to use the chair correctly and effectively in their practice.
You should join this workshop if you
1. have knee pain; or
2. have problems in legs, and cannot stand for long; or
3. have back pain; or
4. need some exercise; or
5. need to do yoga slowly and gently.
Bring awareness and build up some light and regular exercise at home or office.
Understand and experience how the chair helps a student in practice with ease and peace of mind.
